Welcome to the  Seal Beach Chamber of Commerce and the City of Seal Beach: small town California feel, big time destination. Our city, which is dominated with over two-thirds of its landmass by the Naval Weapons Station, is a group of neighborhoods. Home of Leisure World, the first planned retirement community, over one-third of our residents are retirees in that region. The quaint “Old Town,” Surfside and the Hill regions are close to the beach and have many of our shops and residences, which make Seal Beach feel like “Mayberry by the Sea.”  College Park West is located just North of 7th Street in Long Beach and West of the 605 freeway and is close to the facilities at California State University and the Veterans Hospital. There is a large park & shopping nearby.  Finally, College Park East, near the Joint Forces Training Base, Old Ranch Country Club and some of our largest shopping areas: the Shops at Rossmoor and the Target Center, rounds out our regions.  We invite you to explore all that our community has to offer from annual events to simply enjoying our beaches and amenities. Seal Beach has something for residents and visitors alike – all year long.

Chamber releases new Visitors Guide
The long-running tourism publication in Seal Beach showcases the essence of Seal Beach. The Seal Beach Chamber spends all year researching visitor trends and developing ways to attract tourists to the area and help make each visitor’s trip to Seal Beach easy and complete.

The guide has traditionally been used as a tourism tool that is distributed to potential visitors and used in all public relations projects done by the Seal Beach Chamber of Commerce.
