Schedule of Demonstrations & Speakers
We need many volunteers to assist with setting up, keeping visitor traffic moving as safely and quickly as possible, registration , tearing down and more. Shifts are available the day before and throughout the event day. All volunteers gain entry into the exclusive volunteer sections with refreshments.
vendor REGISTRATION
Vendor registration includes (1) 10 x 10 EZ, (1) 6’ table, (1) linen and a small table sign, which are setup prior to your arrival and ready for you to occupy. Spaces assigned by event staff. Participants must have booth ready by 9:30am.

set-up | check-in
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email. Your registration packets will be e-mailed to you. Load-in/Check-in begins at 8:00am on show day at the Chamber Booth at the pier. Confirmation details with directions, maps, and timelines will be emailed to you the week prior to the show. All Vendors must be unloaded, booth ready and vehicle parked before 9:00 am. Parking available in Beach Pay Lot’s 10 & 8.
